My female characters. They're also my characters, who play the way I want them to. They're gay because I'm male and there's no way I'm going to share the hotness with another male. I gladly killed Kaiden in ME3 because he hit on my Femshep. It was supposed to be an emotionally-defining moment, but I had no qualms at all.
